The north face of Chamlang, nearly 2000m high and culminating at 7200m, is one of the last great virgin faces in the Himalayas. Benjamin Védrines, who spotted the face during a previous ascent of Chamlang, decided to tackle it with Charles Dubouloz, a very strong mountaineer but a novice at high altitude. Snow slides, airy bivouacs, pitches of mixed and vertical ice… This film plunges us into the best of 21st century Himalayan climbing!
