When travelling or in the city, it is sometimes difficult to make beautiful photos, to highlight the subjects you are photographing, to capture the beauty or the atmosphere of the moment.
The walkers, the architecture, give life to the urban landscapes, where you can take exceptional photos. There are so many beautiful things in the city that it is sometimes difficult to choose the ideal subject and the best way to photograph it… However, with a few basics and tips, you will see that it is possible to take beautiful pictures easily.
You start the day with a workshop on “urban and portrait photography” followed by a photo marathon on the theme: the streets of Chamonix. In the afternoon, you will participate in a masterclass on the basics of post-production (cropping, photo retouching, RAW/JPEG …) at the Plan B hotel.
Theory: During this course you will learn the basics of photography. You will be introduced to the rules of framing, light management and exposure of your images. You will be able to familiarise yourself with your equipment and understand its functions.
You will also learn the basic techniques of photo retouching.
Practice: During the city tour, you will practice and perfect your urban photography and portrait techniques.
