PGHM, Behind the scenes of mountain rescue

The peloton de gendarmerie de haute montagne de Chamonix has the heavy responsibility of ensuring all rescue operations in the Mont Blanc massif. Its members are all high-level mountaineers who undergo rigorous training.
Filmmaker Bertrand Delapierre followed them in their daily life, which alternates between rescue and preparation in the high mountains. His film, Confidences, PGHM Chamonix, will be presented to the public for the first time.
